GWorld Card Photo Upload Instructions
The GWorld card is the official ID card for all active members of the GW community. Your GWorld serves as your university identification and must include a photo.
How to Set-Up Your GWorld Card
Upload your photo before you arrive on campus. It saves time when you come to the GWorld office, as your card will already be printed when you arrive.
If your submission is accepted, you will receive an email that your card is ready. Based on your affiliation (student, faculty, or staff), your arrival to campus information will explain how to pick up your card.
If your photo submission or government ID does not adhere to the guidelines, you will receive an email explaining the reasons for rejection and will need to start a new photo submission form.
