Manage Your Account

There are three types of accounts that may be available to GWorld card holders, based on your affiliation with GW. They include Campus Cash, Dining Dollars and Meal Plans.

Make a deposit using a credit or debit card via the GET Mobile app or GET website.

Yes, when your balance falls below your selected threshold, you can set up an auto reload of your Dining Dollars or Campus Cash account by setting up a recurring money transfer in your GET account or GET app on your mobile device.

Can I schedule a weekly or monthly deposit into my Dining Dollars or Campus Cash account?

Can I donate Dining Dollars or Campus Cash funds?

GWorld and GW Dining have partnered with Swipe Out Hunger to enable donations from GWorld funds to support GW students facing food insecurity. To donate, simply go to the GET app and select the Meal Donation option. Students and employees can donate unused GWorld funds. Donations are voluntary, not tax-deductible, and can be made in any dollar increment. All donations will be split 50/50 between The Store (GW food pantry) and the Abraham Family Fund (providing emergency GWorld funds for students in need).

Note, the donation option is only available in the GET Mobile app, not in the web version of GET.

I lost my GWorld Card. What should I do?

Use your GET account to suspend or reactivate your card.  We recommend you suspend your card immediately when you realize it is not in your possession. The card suspension stops anyone from using your card for access or purchases.

As soon as you can, stop by the GWorld Office in-person and we will assist you in getting a new card.

If you lost your mobile device that has your GWorld Mobile Card, visit the troubleshooting guide for Apple or Android for instructions.
